A book for a future scientific conference about food. This conference focuses on cellular agriculture for food. Molecularly identical food that looks and tastes the same but grown without the animal. The goal was to make the conference feel positive and approachable. To encourage people to feel open to the idea of growing food in labs for the future meat, dairy, animal product consumer without having to use the animal itself to produce real food.
